E-mail is down - help!

I'm having a mysterious problem where I can access the Internet and my ISP-provided personal e-mail account, but not my coachlisab.com POP mail or website or ftp server.

My ISP says everything's fine on their end; my host says everything's fine on their end.

I've:

1. disabled my firewall
2. rebooted my router
3. rebooted my DSL modem
4. run a spyware scan

It's specific to my domain, and my husband's as well, which are both hosted by the same company.

If anyone has any ideas on the next thing I should try, please let me know. I'm getting desperate.
