As you can see, I have a predilection for sports and food analogies. What are some favorite analogies you use when speaking on your topic?
Lisa: my favorite source of analogies, like your use of food and sports, come from experiences that I'm reasonable sure that the audience can share with me. That's why I use things like raising kids (everyone had parents), cars (fixing, driving, etc.), and houses / apartments (acquiring, moving, maintaining, decorating, etc.).
