I just wanna pump -- you up!

Do you remember Hans and Franz? The former Saturday Night Live muscle men who said in thick Austrian accents that they just wanted "to pump you up?" (Classic sketch at the end of this post.)

You probably don't want giant muscles like Hans and Franz had (especially giant fake muscles), but how about those confidence muscles? Could they use some pumping up?

Join me for my free teleseminar on Thursday, January 17: "6 Tips for Growing and Showing Confidence Both On and Off the Stage (Even if You Have None!)"

Some things I'm going to talk about include:

>> How to bring out your best by ignoring your worst

>> An easy acting technique that can make all the difference in a room full of strangers.

>> Doing things that scare you in order to actually boost your confidence

>> Making the audience the center of attention to take the the pressure off of you

>> Using a simple trick to make your body control your brain

>> One thing speakers feel compelled to do that will ALWAYS show your lack of confidence

Want to look and feel more self-assured on stage, in meetings, at work and with strangers? Build your confidence muscles!

Now, here's a little vintage SNL fun:

Hah! I used to love those guys... back when SNL was in its prime, along with James Brown Celebrety Hot Tub, Drawings with Simon and Wayne's World. Thanks for reminding me of them!

Glad to know someone else remembers, Ian. I loved Simon, too! My husband and I still say "cheeky monkey" all the time.
