How about a success elevator?

"Success is a staircase, not a doorway."

Dottie Walters

This quote reminds me that each step I take brings me a little closer to my goals. And that each step is an achievement in itself.

It's important to focus on the future outcome that I desire, but it's also important not to let the little accomplishments get by without acknowledgment.

Do you acknowledge the little successes on the way to your big ones?

Are you an entrepreneur or professional who's looking for better results from your speaking? Are you hoping to build credibility and visibility for your business or cause? Tired of just "getting by" and ready to deliver truly engaging and powerful presentations? Click here to learn about 1:1 coaching with me!

I sort of thought (my) success was like running up a down escalator. I keep having to run harder up than the escalator is taking me down in order to make any progress.
(I'm hoping someday someone pushes that emergency stop button ;)

Great analogy, Jackie! I hope you don't wear yourself out with all that running. :-)
