Don't do this if you're a smart communicator



There's a great list entitled "10 Dumb Things That Smart Communicators Do" posted on the Media Orchard blog today. Joy Jennings' list includes using jargon, capitalizing non-proper nouns like the name of your industry (I could write a whole Pet Peeves post about this one), and putting more than four bullets on your PowerPoint slide (I would argue for none, but that's me).
